What is Word Bomb?
Word Bomb is a fast vocabulary survival game. Each challenge displays a required sequence of letters. Enter a valid word containing that exact sequence before the fuse reaches zero. A successful answer scores points, replaces the sequence and restarts the timer; the run continues until time expires.
How to play
Choose Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced and type a word of at least three letters. The sequence must appear together and in order inside the word. An answer must exist in the broad gameplay dictionary and cannot be reused during the same run. Incorrect answers do not stop play, so read the status message and recover quickly.
Scoring rewards word length, whole seconds remaining, the current survival run and the difficulty multiplier. Advanced keeps its eight-second timer and uses sequences selected for a fair number of familiar answers. Your final result records score, words survived, longest word and session time locally.
Survival strategy
Before typing, decide whether the sequence looks like a beginning, middle or ending. Common endings can produce a quick safe answer, while a flexible middle sequence may support many longer words. Keep one familiar fallback in mind, but do not submit it too early if you can see a longer answer immediately. Since words cannot repeat, vary families rather than relying on the same stem.
Speed matters, but a rejected entry costs valuable seconds. Accuracy becomes especially important in Advanced. Physical keyboard input is usually fastest, while the form remains fully usable with mobile keyboards.
Fairness, timing and end-of-run feedback
Required sequences come from validated challenge banks with recent-sequence protection. Advanced sequences were reviewed for a practical supply of familiar answers rather than relying on obscure dictionary entries. The fuse uses an absolute deadline, so changing tabs cannot freeze the eight-second Advanced challenge or create a scoring advantage.
Feedback messages are brief and do not cover the input or countdown during active play. When the fuse ends, focus moves to a summary containing score, words survived, longest word, session time and personal best. Only then do Share, Play Again and Games Hub actions appear together. The interface reports only local personal records, and the dormant rewarded/interstitial framework remains separate from standard production display reservations.
